Improving hygiene

Good hygiene can sometimes mean the difference between life and death. Even small measures can lead to major improvements. Our teams advise people living in remote villages on how they can improve hygiene. For example, they learn how to prevent worm infections and how to build toilets.

In this way, the people can fight diarrheal diseases and reduce child mortality in their villages. They recognize the importance of good hygiene – and live healthier lives.
