• Treated 359,971 people

• 1,919 people with disabilities supported

• Enabled 26,901 safe deliveries

• 1130 health professionals supported or trained

• 2169 health helpers empowered

• 400+ medical devices and facilities repaired and made operational again

• 86 healthcare facilities supported in improving their service quality

• 48 self-help groups established

• 7073 people informed about government health and social protection services

• 56 members of Rapid Response Teams trained for emergency preparedness and response

The ZEWO foundation also regularly confirms with its seal of approval that we use donations efficiently and purposefully. They also assess our integrity, transparency, and sustainability. Since 1963, we have carried the ZEWO seal of approval, which guarantees that donations flow directly into our projects and that we keep our administration lean and small. It is evidence from a neutral party that our operational processes are professional and efficient and constantly improving. Additionally, in our annual reports we disclose all expenses and show what we have achieved and how we have used your donations.

You can deduct your donation to FAIRMED from your taxes. If you have donated to FAIRMED, we will send you your donation receipt next January. However, if you donated online and we do not have all your address details, please send us an email with your full name, address, and request for a donation receipt to info@fairmed.ch or call us at +41 31 311 77 97.

It takes time to establish and consolidate sustainable structures locally. Our projects are therefore designed to run for an average of four years. Your regular support enables us to plan our projects more effectively and thus guarantee a long-term commitment to improving the health of the poorest people.
